CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS
Through our booking system you are going to be able to cancel or reschedule your appointment with more the 24 hours prior your reservation with no fee applied.
No shows or last minute cancellations are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount of the services booked. Please understand that when an appointment is changed without giving sufficient notice, our professionals miss that opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need.
LATENESS
We understand unexpected things may come up and being late sometimes can happen. If that is the case we kindly ask you to give us a call or send a text message if you will be running late.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payments in the form of Cash, Credit/ Debit Card, Apple Pay, or a valid Gift Certificate. Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Care Credit are accepted. We do not accept Personal Checks.
GRATUITY
Gratuities are always appreciated as a kind gesture of thanks. You may add a gratuity at checkout when paying with your preferred credit or debit card. If you prefer, gratuities are also welcomed via cash or Venmo.
Please note: Gift certificates cannot be used toward gratuity.

REFUNDS
All service, sales, and gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Retail items may be refunded only if they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt within 14 days of purchase. Gift cards purchased in Massachusetts are valid for up to seven (7) years from the date of purchase.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
When making any appointments or before your service, please let us know if you are pregnant, have any health conditions, special needs, allergies or injuries, if you are under physician care for any reason, medications that you are taking, etc). This will help us to customize your service to ensure the highest satisfaction and benefits.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
As licensed professionals, we follow strict code of ethics. It is very important that a safe environment is maintained for our team and our clients. We have the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime. This includes but not limited to the usage of drugs, alcohol, sexual comments or any behavior that we feel is inappropriate.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Studio L Body&Face Spa reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
