CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment through our booking system with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount of the services booked.
Please understand that when appointments are canceled without sufficient notice, our professionals lose the opportunity to fill that time slot, and clients on our waiting list miss the chance to receive the services they need.
LATENESS
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you are running late, we kindly ask that you call or text us as soon as possible. This helps us accommodate you to the best of our ability.

Valid Gift Certificates
We do not accept personal checks.
GRATUITY
Gratuities are always appreciated as a kind gesture of thanks. You may:
Add gratuity at checkout when paying by credit or debit card.
Offer gratuity via cash or Venmo.
Please note: Gift certificates cannot be used toward gratuity.
REFUNDS
Services, sales, and gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
Retail items may be refunded only if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt within 14 days of purchase.
Gift cards purchased in Massachusetts are valid for up to seven (7) years from the date of purchase.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
When booking your appointment or before receiving services, please inform us if you:
Are pregnant
Have any health conditions, special needs, allergies, or injuries
Are under a physician’s care or taking medications
This allows us to customize your service for your safety and satisfaction.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
We follow a strict code of ethics and maintain a safe environment for all clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to:
Drug or alcohol use
Inappropriate behavior or comments
Any conduct that compromises the safety or comfort of our team or clients
PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT
Photos or videos may be taken to document your treatment progress. These materials will not be shared on social media or for marketing purposes without your explicit permission.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Studio L Body & Face Spa reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
